Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash and have no value unless redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions. Vouchers may be combined with other forms of payment. Vouchers cannot be used to buy other vouchers. Voucher holders must mention the voucher number at the time of booking and present it on arrival. Except for shipping fees, no service charge or other fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of vouchers in connection with the sale of the voucher. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the month of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher itself. The validity of the vouchers cannot be extended unless approved by the Management. The amount available for redemption on each voucher shall, in the absence of manifest error, be the one stated on the voucher or the value of the corresponding service at the time of redemption. Aphrodites Group is not responsible for vouchers that are lost or stolen. If your voucher is lost or stolen, please alert us immediately at enquiries@aphrodites.group or by telephone on 015394 45052 seven days a week, and we will endeavour to arrange the issue of a replacement voucher. We reserve the right to cancel a voucher if we believe that the voucher was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised means.
